Old Business:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>a) \u00a0 Website Payment, \u00a0A motion was made to pay for the website for two years to\u00a0coincide\u00a0with election of new officers. \u00a0Motion passed with unanimous vote.<\/p>\n<p>b) \u00a0Picnic Report \u00a0 \u00a0Kariene thanked the District for letting her be of service and gave her report of costs. \u00a0In addition she had a complete breakdown of the available inventory for the new Picnic Chair.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>V. \u00a0Upcoming Events:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0 January 13, 2013 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 &#8211; \u00a0SAGSC 1:15 @ TIE Club<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 February 10, 2013 \u00a0&#8211; \u00a0District Meeting 10:15 am at The Lost &amp; Found<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 February 24, 2013 \u00a0&#8211; \u00a0Roundtables @ TIE Club<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 March 1 &#8211; 3, 2013 \u00a0 &#8211; \u00a0 PRAASA \u00a0&#8211; \u00a0Boise, Idaho<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 April 5 &#8211; 7th, 2013 \u00a0&#8211; \u00a0Spring Assembly \u00a0&#8211; \u00a0Tonopah, Nevada<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 May 19, 2013 \u00a0&#8211; \u00a0SAGSC 1:15pm @ TIE Club<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>VI.
