Minutes for April were approved.<\/p>\n<p>Treasurer\u2019s report approved. Available upon request. Clarified prudent reserve of $1,500. Emily raised discussion on how to disbursed funds over prudent reserve. Jake suggested H&amp;I 10%, GSO 30%, Central Office 30% and Area 42 15 % each for north and south. Passed.<\/p>\n<p>Picnic Report: Given by Charlotte. New Co-Chair is Kim.<\/p>\n<p>Case of Big Books donated to District will be disbursed with balance to PI-CPC<\/p>\n<p>Lively discussion about moving SAGSC Mothers Day annual meeting in South to one week prior or 1 week after Mothers Day.
