Available upon request.<\/p>\n<p>Discussion of Pacific Forum.<\/p>\n<p>Picnic report; August 20<sup>th<\/sup> and Sep 17<sup>th<\/sup> meetings for District 1 picnic will be at Kariene\u2019s house. Call 501-5019 for directions. Flyers will be in the Silver Streak and on Dist 1 site.<\/p>\n<p>Old Business:\u00a0 Curtis gave Workshop report. Site for workshop is tentative: Club 51 or possibly at the Triangle Club. Topics of \u201cSober Celebration\u201d \u201cGetting through the Holidays\u201d on November 12<sup>th <\/sup>or 19<sup>th<\/sup>.\u00a0 Flyer to be posted on site. Meeting to follow<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dec 11th\u00a0 10:15 am\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Lost and Found Dist. Meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>New Business: 8:30 GVG was picked for AA member survey. Jake will pick up for Byron.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Discussion of email. Emails can be forwarded to personal addresses. Irene sent instructions. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Charlie brought up hotline is sending callers to meetings that don\u2019t exist. (In Boulder City and club 51 specifically over the weekend and the Searchlight Wed Meeting at 8pm was not in schedule) These can be remedied by going<br \/>\nto <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lvcentraloffice.org\">www.lvcentraloffice.org<\/a><strong> then click \u201csubmit meeting changes\u201d on left menu. Takes 72 hours to hit website and<br \/>\nwill be in next printing of schedule.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Robert brought up short time available to respond to votes when called for at Tonopah assembly. Discussion followed. Emily mentioned that the GSRs, as trusted servants are able to vote if the group does not exercise their input.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Robin brought up texting in the meetings. Discussion followed. Articles about this subject are available from BOX 459 in recent months.
