Contributions:\u00a0 $150.23.\u00a0 Current balance:\u00a0 $1,799.28<\/p>\n<p>III.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Committee Reports<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Picnic<\/strong> (Bridget):\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Date and time:\u00a0 October 8, 2016; 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Broadbent Park in Boulder City.\u00a0 Discussed the following:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><u>Shopping<\/u>: Tom and Bridget will meet at Smart &amp; Final at Eastern and St.\u00a0Rose Parkway on Friday, Oct.\u00a07, 4:30.<\/li>\n<li><u>Key<\/u>: Joan will pick up key from Town Hall on Thursday, Oct. 6, 2016.<\/li>\n<li><u>Podium<\/u>: Delivery and pick-up.\u00a0 Due to the fire, may or may not be able to get the podium.\u00a0 Kathy (speaker) has asked to speak outside.\u00a0 Set-up will be inside.\u00a0 Will discuss on day of picnic.<\/li>\n<li><u>Raffle prizes<\/u>: please wrap.\u00a0 Each of us needs to ask our home group to donate a prize.<\/li>\n<li><u>Raffle tickets<\/u>: need a volunteer to distribute.\u00a0 Everyone attending picnic will be given one ticket.\u00a0 Discussion regarding specialty tickets; whether to sell for $1.00.\u00a0 Gifts will be kept AA related.<\/li>\n<li><u>Face Painter<\/u>: Torrie is face painter and will be present from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.<\/li>\n<li><u>Bounce-house<\/u>: no bounce-house this year due to insurance issue.<\/li>\n<li><u>DJ<\/u> will bring extra toys and games.
