  1. Minutes<\/strong>:\u00a0 correction to II.F Hotline.\u00a0 \u2026first and third<\/u> Monday\u2026 .\u00a0 Revised to first and second<\/u> Monday of the month\u2026.\u00a0 Second Monday of the month was\/is covered.\u00a0 Approved as revised.<\/li>\n
  2. Treasurer\u2019s Report (Tom)<\/strong>:\u00a0 Checking account balance as of 5\/14\/16:\u00a0 $1,307.71.\u00a0 Expenses since last report were $0.\u00a0 Contributions since last report:\u00a0 $138.27.\u00a0 Balance as of today:\u00a0 $1,445.96.\u00a0 Savings account balance as of 5\/14\/16:\u00a0 $50.43.\u00a0 Interest earned since last report:\u00a0 $.02.\u00a0 Current balance:\u00a0 $503.45.\n

    Tom reported that Wells Fargo charged checking account fees of $2.50 for May.\u00a0 He will speak with the bank again<\/u> regarding this.\u00a0 No fees are to be charged.<\/li>\n

  3. Committee Reports<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    A.\u00a0\u00a0 Picnic (Bridget):\u00a0\u00a0 Date and time:\u00a0 October 8, 2016; 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Broadbent Park in Boulder City.<\/p>\n

    No bounce-house this year due to no insurance.\u00a0 Bridget has not been able to find a vendor who will get insured to come to Boulder City.\u00a0 Suggests we have more games.\u00a0 Jake will check to see if he knows someone who can do the bounce-house.<\/p>\n

    1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Need a face painter.
    \n2.\u00a0\u00a0 Kathy K. will be speaker.
    \n3.\u00a0\u00a0 Talked about having a slip-and-slide.\u00a0 Will need water hook-up.\u00a0 Bridget will check with the City re insurance.
    \n4.\u00a0\u00a0 Ted and Libby will inventory their garage re supplies from last year.
    \n5.\u00a0\u00a0 Will meet at Smart & Final on 10\/7\/16 to shop.
    \n6.\u00a0\u00a0 Bridget will be gone in July.\u00a0 Libby will bring flyers and update the website.
    \n7.\u00a0\u00a0 Volunteers should show up for picnic at 9:00 the morning of the picnic.<\/p>\n

    B.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Workshops (Libby):\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Fourth Step Workshop, Saturday, August 20, 2016 at GVG in Henderson, NV.\u00a0 Libby will do an agenda.\u00a0 Plan to set-up at 1:30.\u00a0 District will purchase Sponsorship pamphlets to hand out to attendees.<\/p>\n

    Discussed future workshop:\u00a0 \u201cSweet Amends\u201d<\/p>\n

    C.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Archives (open)<\/p>\n

    D.\u00a0\u00a0 H&I (Jim F.):\u00a0 absent<\/p>\n

    E.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Grapevine (Jake for Joan):\u00a0 Workshop was held on 5\/21\/16 (same time as a N.A. convention).\u00a0 September 24, 2016 from 1:30-3:30 pm at the T.I.E. Club will do another workshop with District 15.\u00a0 Will talk about everything to do with the Grapevine; Libby has listed it on the website.\u00a0 Jake handed out the \u201cGrow Your Grapevine\u201d card.\u00a0 Area 42 is in third place so far for this challenge.\u00a0 Take a card and complete what we can\u2014not necessary to complete everything.<\/p>\n

    F.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hotline (Ted):\u00a0 District 1 commitment:\u00a0 first Monday from 8 pm to 8 am.<\/p>\n
