Meeting opened by DCM Emily with the Serenity Prayer followed by GSR Preamble
Introductions all around. Minutes for May were tabled. Minutes for April were approved.
Treasurer’s report approved. Available upon request. Clarified prudent reserve of $1,500. Emily raised discussion on how to disbursed funds over prudent reserve. Jake suggested H&I 10%, GSO 30%, Central Office 30% and Area 42 15 % each for north and south. Passed.
Picnic Report: Given by Charlotte. New Co-Chair is Kim.
Case of Big Books donated to District will be disbursed with balance to PI-CPC
Lively discussion about moving SAGSC Mothers Day annual meeting in South to one week prior or 1 week after Mothers Day. Email to be sent to other DCMs for feedback.
